Been quite into scribbling my thoughts and journaling lately and I found that it helps to get my head into a clearer space that allows me to focus better. I’ve also started scheduling time for “rest days” and “drama hour” where I don’t touch work at all (my phone is usually really far away as well) and it’s been great for my mind! Just wanted to share with y’all this little milestone that I’m pretty proud of ❤️ and hopefully it helps someone stuck in the same unproductive rut like I was. Hang in there, you!
